New website!
I finally bit the bullet and made the switch to Squarespace. I really enjoyed building my first portfolio website in HTML and CSS, but for now I am looking forward to spending most of my time programming in JavaScript for web-based interactive projects.
I’ve always wanted to write a blog. The days of high quality, long-form journalism are behind us. Short-form content has taken over and social media has become the most common way of sharing work for most creative professionals. I figured this would be the best place to start sharing work without the strange pressure of “likes” and “followers”. Despite my bitterness, social media is here to stay. Creating a better social media presence is an inevitable step in my journey to becoming a creative professional. I’ll get there eventually.
